Hardest working real estate agent in Brooklyn. When there were complications with my deal, Joe was persistent and never gave up. Never complained for a minutes - always positive thinking and pushing forward with a hard-working attitude. Really appreciated it as a seller.

We were very fortunate to have Joseph Giordano as our Realtor when we decided to sell the family home in Brooklyn. We live 500 miles away so it was a huge concern that we would not be near enough to participate but Joseph handled the entire process without any difficulty whatsoever. His professionalism, integrity, expertise and wonderful personality made it an amazingly smooth endeavor and the house was sold in a surprisingly short time. Any speedbumps we encountered were met with a "don't worry" and were then immediately handled by Joseph. I quickly learned that with Joseph in our corner we absolutely did not need to worry. He was excellent at keeping in touch regularly and displayed a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field. When looking for our first home Joseph was not only a wealth of knowledge when it came to the home buying experience but also very kind, understanding of our needs, and dedicated to ensuring that we ended up with the home we wanted. He masterfully negotiated a decrease in the price of the home on our behalf. As well as went above and beyond delivering paperwork and working out the logistics for our remote closing (due to covid-19.) Joe unlike many realtors cares more about his client than his cut.
