Out of state (EX) NY homeowner here; thank goodness we found Gina. My wife and I are CT residents and had a home in Long Island for 10+ years that was tenant occupied. Gina was able to essentially be a mediator between us and the tenants on a weekly basis, in addition to handling the actual property listing responsibilities. We got asking price for the home, and again- thanks to Gina, we were able to get the entire process closed just before our lives got incredibly busy. My wife and I can promise you that not all agents can navigate human personalities well, and had we not found Gina, this transaction probably would not have gone the way it did.

For anyone in the housing market, we can’t recommend Gina Marie Bettenhauser enough. She represented us in the purchase of our home on the North Shore during a time that is not easy and very defeating for first-time home buyers. When my parents asked me to help them sell the Shoreham home where my sister & I were raised and my parents have lived for 57 years I knew I needed the best Real Estate agent in the area. Every single person I asked said Gina Bettenhauser and every single person was right. Our initial one hour meeting with Gina turned into five hours as Gina walked my parents and me through the process with all the detail we asked for and listened to all the stories my parents had to tell about the amazing times we have had in the house. And listened to how important the house had been to our family. Gina and team staged the house perfectly, took amazing pictures, and listed the house at the right price which led to multiple bids and a sale price beyond what we expected to an amazing couple starting out on their first home journey together. So many complex questions about the contract before closing were answered quickly and all the stuff left behind that we didn’t know what to do with Gina said don’t worry I’ll handle and she did. Smooth closing with no issues ended an incredibly positive experience. Not just the best realtor but one of the best people you will ever meet.
